Hot desks, casual private offices and the meeting room can be booked online via our booking system. If you’re unsure which option is right for you or would like to discuss longer-term arrangements, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Hills HQ is accessible to permanent members 24/7. Hot desk and casual members are welcome during business hours, or can apply for a security fob for access outside of standard hours.
Casual hot desk and meeting room bookings are invoiced after the booking has been completed.
Regular hot desk users, regular meeting room users and permanent office members are invoiced on a recurring four-weekly cycle.
All payments are made via an invoice sent by email, with credit card and direct debit payment options available. Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Our cancellation policy outlines the notice periods and conditions that apply to hot desk, casual private office and meeting room bookings.
All of our permanent or permanent part time desks or private offices require just four weeks notice to cancel.
Yes. Hills HQ has a professional meeting room equipped with video conferencing facilities. Permanent members have included access, while casual users can book the room at an hourly rate. The room can be booked online to ensure availability at: Book Now.
Hot desk members are welcome to utilise the meeting room for private phone calls or virtual meetings between scheduled bookings at no additional cost.
Yes. Guests and clients are welcome at Hills HQ. Hot Deskers and Permant Desk member are encouraged to book the meeting room when seeing guests of clients. Members are responsible for their guests while they are in the space, and guests are expected to respect the shared working environment and community guidelines.
Members have access to a shared kitchen, photocopying station, meeting room, breakout spaces, complimentary tea, coffee, milk and fruit, and well-maintained shared facilities. The space is professionally cleaned on a regular basis to maintain a comfortable and professional working environment.
Yes. Shared printing and scanning facilities are available for members. This includes colour A4 and A3 printing and scanning to email. A fair-use policy applies, and high-volume printing may be charged at cost.
Yes. High-speed internet is included with all memberships. Wi-Fi is available throughout the space, and wired ethernet connections are available in selected private offices and the meeting room. A fair-use policy applies to ensure reliable performance for all members.
Yes. Free off-street parking is available on site accessed from Rose Street, with easy access to the building. Public transport options are also nearby for those travelling by train or bus.
Yes. Hills HQ uses controlled access systems and security camera coverage inside and outside the building to help maintain a safe and secure environment for members and visitors. External verandahs and carpark are well lit for after hours security.
Yes. The space is fully air-conditioned with heating and cooling to ensure comfort throughout the year. All our private offices and meeting room are individually zoned and seperatly adjustable for individual comfort.
Hills HQ provides step-free access and a calm, low-noise environment, however the building has some accessibility limitations, including the absence of an accessible toilet. For full details, please visit our Accessibility page or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes, Hills HQ is fitted with a solar system and 30kw battery backup system so will be available when there is a power outage locally.
All permanent and permanent part time members are welcome to use the Hills HQ street address and PO Box for business purposes, including ASIC registration. Any mail is collected and notification provided for collection. Casual members and our community are also welcome to use our address via our Virtual Office Service.
Permanent members may display their business logo on the shared entry signboard. Additional signage opportunities, including Burwood Highway roadside signage, may be available by arrangement.
Emergency equipment, including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, is installed on site. Hills HQ is located in a bushfire-prone area and will close on days of catastrophic fire danger to ensure safety.
