We are very pleased to announce Hills HQ is expanding in 2024 with 5x new Private Offices / Consulting Rooms being added to the existing space.

Three types are available:
SMALL (9-11m2)
PRIVATE OFFICES 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
Single Person Occupancy*
Great for one or two people businesses, psychology/therapy/counseling practises or anyone who needs private space but cannot work from home.
$280 / week ex GST 
ONLY ONE REMAINING

MEDIUM (14-15m2)
PRIVATE OFFICES 6 & 7
Up to Three Person Occupancy*
Great for two or three people business, or someone who needs a bit extra consulting, meeting or storage space.
$350 / week ex GST.  All Rented

LARGE (19m2)
PRIVATE OFFICE 8
Up to Four-Person Occupancy*
Completely flexible for a larger team, treatment space or any type of allied health consultancy.
$450 / week ex GST  All Rented

All offices are accessible 24/7, independently lockable and acoustically separated and share an additional meeting room space, kitchen and photocopying facilities with the rest of the co-working space. Some offices have private external access as shown in floor plan and Burwood Highway signage opportunities available.

No lock-in contracts and pricing includes all costs.

Remaining offices available early April 2024.

* Occupants is the number of people who use the space regularly and does not include clients/visitors. Spaces can be configured for additional occupants – $55 + GST per week, per occupant over the standard allowance.
