CANCELLATION POLICY

For Hot Desks and Meeting Room Hire

More Than 24 Hours Before Booking:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the hot desk or meeting room booking will incur no cancellation fee.

Within 24 Hours of Booking:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the hot desk or meeting room booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

How to Cancel
To cancel please alter your original booking via our online booking platform or contact us. As no prepayment is required to make a booking no refunds will be required.

Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact us directly to discuss potential adjustments to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

For Private Offices and Permanent Desks

Four (4x) weeks advanced notice is required to vacate.
