All offices are accessible 24/7, independently lockable, acoustically separated and individually temperature controlled and share the meeting room, kitchen and photocopying facilities with the rest of the co-working space. Some offices have private external access as shown in floor plan and there are Burwood Highway signage opportunities available.

 

No lock-in contracts and pricing includes all costs.

 

* Occupants is the number of people who use the space regularly and does not include clients/visitors. Spaces can be configured for additional occupants – $55 + GST per week, per occupant over the standard allowance.
